Marinated Chicken Plate

Hello Darlings, 

One of my favorite recipes, SO easy and very tasty!

Ingredients: Yields 4 Servings  



4 Skinless Chicken Thighs (For a healthier option you can use boneless skinless chicken breast)

2 Tbsp SoyYay: Hoisin Garlic

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper 

2 Tbsp Spike Seasoning 

2 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard 


In a large ziplock bag place the SoyYay, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Spike, and Dijon mustard. Squish to mix the spices, add the raw chicken to the bag and shake the bag. For best flavor marinade overnight, for day-of cooking marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge. 

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees, cover a pan with tinfoil and place the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes. Heat a medium sauce pan on high heat, take the chicken out of the oven and sear each side for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches the color of your liking. 

Serve with roasted veggies and you'll have a happy tummy!
